Open Question: Is 62,000 too much for these home improvements?

I Live in a 1 family house in the Bronx ny, I'm getting 1. A basic full bathroom in the living room 2. Replacing the old bathroom upstairs stuff with new stuff,tub,tiles,floor,sink,new paint job..Nothing major 3. A full bathroom put in the basement along with new walls and insulation, and ceramic tiles 4. Putting a awning in the back yard, I know for sure the awning is about 2000-3000, i know for sure be because i put one of the same size from a different company a week ago. 5.
